摘要
Highly ordered arrays of attoliter to femtoliter droplets are created on substrates pre-patterned with smooth circular microdomains. The morphology and volume of the droplets are governed by the droplet growth dynamics during the solvent exchange. These tunable droplet arrays can be potentially exploited for the fabrication of nanolens arrays for photon manipulation, among other applications. © 2015 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
