摘要:
Multiple solutions and extreme small or zero weights coming from classical DEA models are two main problems for cross efficiency evaluation to confront with. Neutral DEA model is an effective method for solving these problems. This paper proposes some alternative neutral DEA models to complement the current neutral DEA methods. The proposed alternative neutral DEA models can also reduce the number of extreme small or zero weights and determine the inputs and outputs weights from multiple solutions at the same time. The performance is illustrated by a numerical example.
