摘要：
The ways of production and consumption are different under different economies. The low-carbon economy is not only an issue of economy, but also issues of social ethics, cultural psychology and system building, a new resultant concept of consumption come into being in obscurity with the promotion of several joint forces. The new consumption ethics will guide consumers' consuming idea and consuming behavior which has great significance to build low-carbon society.
