摘要
The paper presents the control of a Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell power plant using a Fuzzy PI controller. The controller is so developed that it can manage both the active and reactive power flow between the hybrid power plant, the grid and the local load at all times. It also distributes the active power demand of the load between the two sources. The proposed controller is also capable of maintaining the grid at unity power factor always. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control technique.
