摘要：

China's trade in education services has developed rapidly since accession to the WTO as a result of formulation and modification of its legislation. There are still some problems with China's education services trade in regard of supply capacity, legal system, education regime and international cooperation. To better develop its trade in education services, China needs to implement a long-term strategy for trade in education services, improve its education regime and legislation and enhance cooperation with other WTO members.
