摘要：

This article applied multidimensional and cooperative game theory to analysis the resource distribution problems of monopoly group and oligarchic groups. Such distribution method will make sure that every sub company can not only obtain normal profit but also can maximize the profit of whole group. This article also gives some application research which can provide reference to the choices of group competitive strategy.
