Patrick Theuret, China's ways and mankind in the twenty-first century When analyzing Chinese political reforms it is necessary to begin with the historical context of the Chinese revolution, and the role that the Communist Party played. Considering these reforms in the context of current global changes, dominated by neoliberal capitalism in crisis. The current stage in China in which the political system is being perfected, a phenomenon denying the hypothesis of the "end of History", remains limited by global imperialist domination. But the twenty-first century is increasingly revealing the cracks in this domination and the possible beginning of its overthrow.
