摘要
Aluminium bi-crystals with {111} and {100} twist boundaries, obtained by a method of horizontal temperature gradient were examined. Anisotropy of zinc diffusion in both parallel and perpendicular directions to the [100] axis was studied. Copper and metals of low solubility in aluminium (Fe, Au, Co, Ni, Ti, Cr) were simultaneously introduced to the bi-crystals. The diffusion process in bi-crystals is mathematically described by numerical methods.
