摘要
The response of soybean to inocula, Bradyrhizobium japonicum strains viz. TAL 102 and RCR 3407 as single culture and mixture, and fertilizer S and Mo in different combinations showed that inoculation either alone or in combinations with S and Mo increased nodule number, nodule dry weight, chlorophyll, leghaemoglobin and grain yield significantly as compared to controls (uninoculated and unfertilized). Mixed inocula recorded the highest values in respect of most of the parameters. Amongst the inoculated treatments RCR 3407 recorded the lowest effectiveness. As regards to interaction effect mixed inocula in combination with S-10 and Mo-2.5 recorded the highest effect. The relationship of the yield performances due to different inocula and fertilizers with different biochemical parameters have been discussed.
