摘要
Lightpaths are switched in a 32x32 silicon photonic switch, with 448 thermo-optic Mach-Zehnders and 864 monolithic monitor photodiodes. It is packaged in a CBGA with 68-fiber ribbon, and every cell has an off-chip control circuit.
