摘要
Service management of equipment. is one of the most important contents in the textile engineering management. Equipment is the basic condition for production in enterprise. If textile equipment is long kept in continuous operation, its distortion and abrasion, whether static or dynamic, will influence directly its state and efficiency, and, as a result, influence the production and quality (if the enterprise. This paper centers on the actuality of textile equipment's service management, and analyzes some problems in traditional management, such as nonstandard division of responsibilities, unscientific service arrangement, insufficient technical workers and severe waste of resources. For the purpose of improving equipment's efficient usage and saving service cost, it is necessary to put for-ward new patterns of service management, to attach importance to training technical workers, to implement system of state service deeply, to give priority to prevention and pay much attention to both repair and maintenance, and to apply more new skills, equipment and technologies to textile industry.
