摘要
In this issue of Chem Catalysis, Wang and co-workers report palladium-catalyzed diastereo- and enantioselective desymmetric hydrophosphination of 3,3-disubstituted cyclopropenes. This pathway allows the synthesis of chiral phosphine compounds with two vicinal carbon stereocenters with excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivity. Further, hydrophosphination products can be transformed synthetically for multiple applications.
