摘要:
This paper describes an acceleration sensor application, which is in the position to monitor the exceedance of an acceleration limit without an external or internal energy source. For this, the sensor harvests the energy, which is necessary for detection, signal processing and the storage processes, out of the shock event. The design and optimization as well as the accuracy and the measure range of the sensor system will be shown. (C) 2016 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
