摘要：

The new algorithm for detection of faces and eyes in 2D images is presented in this paper, as well as some major problems connected with faces detection. The algorithm is based on Hough transform for ellipses detection and segmentation with region growing which increase the efficiency of the algorithm. ( The face and eyes detection system in 2D images using Hough Transform).
