One of the task goals of university science and technology innovation team is knowledge innovation. In order to accomplish this goal, first of all, it is to do the knowledge sharing, especially, the tacit knowledge sharing. On the basis of the knowledge management theory, this paper constructs the model of the tacit knowledge sharing in university science and technology innovation team using the differential dynamic model, and analyzes the steady condition of the model according the results. Finally, based on the analysis of model, it is proposed that the tacit knowledge in university science and technology innovation team is promoted by setting up the platform of the tacit knowledge sharing, establishing the incentive mechanism and creating the culture of the tacit knowledge sharing.
