摘要
Floods resulted from typhoon and rainstorm are very typical in China. In this study, a review on typhoon -rainstorm induced flood events was conducted at first, then the information concerning flood events was classified as six aspects of the rainstorm, flood water, structural measures, dangerous events, response, and disaster for the purpose of database design; furthermore, 9 indexes representing hazard, exposure and vulnerability of risk elements were selected to develop a model for flood risk assessment in a macro-scale region; next, the data of flood events and flood risk were procegsed for input the database, and finally an opening system was developed for the efficient management of the typhoon -rainstorm induced flood events and flood risk assessment.
