摘要
We review the growth mechanisms of vertically aligned carbon nanotube forests, in terms of what controls the growth rate and control of the catalyst lifetime. We also review the production of very high-density forests, in terms of increasing the catalyst particle density. (C) 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
