摘要
Routine is the core element of the orderly operation of the Collaborative innovation network. This paper aimed to explore the relationship between network routines and knowledge collaboration. Based on the methods of system dynamics, this paper constructs a system dynamics evolutionary process model of network routine and knowledge collaboration in collaborative innovation network, and analyzes the simulation result and sensitivity using Vensim PLE platform. Research shows that with time evolution, the role of network routines on knowledge collaboration showed an inverted U type, with the appropriate network routines, the efficiency of knowledge innovation keep better condition. The research results can reveal the internal rules of the influence of the network routines on the knowledge synergy from a deeper level, and provide a theoretical basis for the better development of collaborative innovation network.
