Structure and properties of ferrites based on CuFe2O4

摘要
We have studied the magnetic and structural properties of the solid solutions Mx2+Cu1-x2+Fe23+O4, where M = Mg, Ni, Co, Zn, Mn, Me0.5x+Cu1-x2+Fe2+0.5x3+O4, were Me = Li, Cu, and (Mn3O4)x(CuFe2O4)(1-x). We have developed a new method for detecting a tetragonal phase and have used this method to determine the range of existence for solutions with a tetragonal structure. We explain the dependence of these ranges on the nature of M and Me.
