摘要：

University library should formulate construction plan of digital resource according to development planning of university and library and subject construction, devote greater effort to introduction of Chinese and foreign language databases, reinforce construction of self-built databases, strengthen interconnection of university libraries, realize co-construction and sharing of resources and enhance construction of federated search of digital resource.
