摘要：

Within reconstructive surgery of alveolar mandibular loss, resulting from carcinolopic resection, the Authors have achieved alveolar restitution by axial vertical bone distraction osteogenesis using a intra-oral combined prosthetic and implant apparatus. This device is constituted bq an active distraction screw connecting acrylic dental appliance, support of distraction screw, and a titanium implant system - type Log II, anchored to bony segment to be lifted, functionning as a distraction vehicle. Four patients have been treated successfully. The advantages of this system are: one surgical procedure needed; immediate wearing of functional dental prosthesis: easy and painless distractor activation managing, low coast apparatus.
