Emission analysis of Sm3+ and Dy3+:: MgLaLiSi2O7 powder phosphors

摘要
This paper reports on the structural and emission properties of newly synthesized Sm3+ and Dy3+:MgLaLiSi2O7 powder phosphors based on the measurement of their XRD, SEM, MR and photoluminescence spectra. Emission spectra of the Sm3+:MgLaLiSi2O7 phosphors with lambda(exei) = 402 nm (H-6(5/2) -> F-4(7/2)) and Dy3+:MgLaLiSi2O7 phosphors with lambda(exei) = 385 nm (H-6(15/2) -> I-4(13/2)) have been analyzed. Emission mechanisms of these phosphors have also been explained. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
