摘要
Charging stations are basic infrastructure for electric vehicles, of which the siting and capacity have a great impact on promoting electric vehicles. This paper proposed an optimal charging station planning method, which can comprehensively consider the public service infrastructure, the cost of the construction of charging stations and integration to distribution network, and influence of distributed generation. First, according to the actually measured vehicle arrival hot map data, the charging load estimation model was built; second, aimed at minimizing load distance, minimizing the cost of the charging station' construction and integration to distribution network, maximizing DG installed capacity, the multi-objective planning model is introduced, in which the actual operation constraints of distribution network is considered. Then based on Voronoi method, NSGA-II was adopted to solve the model to obtain the Pareto frontier and the results are sorted by TOPSIS. Finally, the method proposed in this paper was demonstrated through a test case.
