摘要：

With the booming of mobile internet and the age of 4G, their characteristics of opening, share and interactivity have changed the ways of learning, living and thinking on campus. Various Apps such as Mobile QQ, Wechat and Micro-blog have become popular communication tools for college students. For college ideological and political education, they have enriched education contents; provided new platform; improved effectiveness and affected college students' values and behaviors, thus teachers' IT knowledge and traditional education ways are also under challenge.
