摘要：
This short contribution offers some concluding thoughts on the WONBIT conference indicating how the proceedings can help lead to deeper engagement of women and feminist perspectives in scientific processes, including where women are currently least represented. It argues that the conference offers a number of ways forward with direct policy implications and practical possibilities.
