摘要
This paper aims to study on the relationship of Independent College Students' sleep quality and learning outcomes. By means of PSQI, general questionnaire, and self learning questionnaire, the writer conducted a questionnaire survey to 1325 students who came from Jitang College of Hebei United University. From the poor sleep quality, and the students whose academic performance ranking the bottom 30%, we random extract 124 college students, implement Chinese medicine health education and self-massage to improve sleep quality, once a month having a sleep quality survey, and at the end of the semester, having the academic sort. After sleep quality improved of 124 college students, 68.64% of college students' academic sort getting into preceding 70% of the total top, and learning outcomes improved significantly. Conclusion: Students sleep quality affect learning outcomes.
