摘要
In this paper innovative machines based on a parallel kinematics mechanism have been presented. The parallel mechanism has been applied to a material testing machine, a tube vending machine, an incremental forming machine, a force feedback joystick and a motion simulator. The choice of the parallel kinematics mechanism for these innovative machines is justified by advantages of multi-degrees-of-freedom, high positioning accuracy, high rigidity, high operational speed and very high load capacity.
