摘要
Because the engineering project faced by a construction enterprise is extremely complex, the engineering construction enterprise is a risky industry and engineering accidents often cause the heavy property loss and personal injury. For an engineering construction enterprise, the high-efficiency emergency capability is very important to reduce casualties and property loss when a accident happened. Relative to urban traffic, public health and other industries, the emergency management studies of construction engineering project are very lack. Based on process management theory, this paper designed a set of emergency management evaluation indexes system. And with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, an emergency capability evaluation method of engineering project is designed. By using this method and indexes system, we can get the level of engineering project management about emergency management ability and find the defects of emergency management. Through evaluating a construction engineering project, the results show that this method is an effective way that can enhance emergency management level of construction engineering enterprise.
