摘要
An air-cooling three-phase full-SiC inverter unit having 27W/cc of power density has been developed and verified with experiments. This inverter consists of three SiC (Silicon Carbide) power modules and a gate drive controller board, a DC capacitor, two cooling fans and an EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) filter. And also, the design methods of these components were evaluated in order to achieve the switching frequency of 50 kHz. The volumes of the inverter and the EMI filter are 250cc and 120cc respectively. This inverter was designed to meet its junction temperature of 220 degree Celsius at the rated output power.
