摘要
Eleven peach simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers have been used in the molecular characterization of 37 apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) cultivars from Europe, China, North America and Central Asia, as well as 4 breeding lines from the apricot breeding program. The number of presumed alleles revealed by the SSR analysis ranged from five to twelve, although most primers revealed two alleles or more. The mean number of alleles per locus was 9.2. The UPGMA cluster analysis of the genetic distance grouped the genotypes studied according to their geographic origin and/or their pedigree information.
