摘要：

Different participants had different information requirements in home appliance PLM. End-users often use information related to the product such as maintenance service. But in many cases it is difficult to access complete relevant information. This situation was due to the separation of data and products or information recorded on the product nameplate was too little. This paper analyzed the participant's information requirements of PLM stages from production manufacture, inventory, sale and maintenance to recycle. RFID tag is used to collect and store product data. The related product information is written into RFID tag in the manufacturing and maintenance process. The information can be read at the distribution center, dealer, service center and the recycle station through RFID system.
