KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTENTING INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT IN ROMANIAN INDUSTRY

Lack Of integrated management approach, together with low performance of certificated systems (e.g. Quality Assurance, Labour Health and Safety, Environment Protection, Human Resources) conduct to need to design an integrated management systems that could sustain all subsystems and improve business performance of organization. The issue of such system is working with large amount of unstructured data, under various forms and tracking changes into the systems. Main concerning are related to structuring and querying necessary information, future work being related with integrated system implementation after the methodology is finalised, a study vase being presented as result of R&D project finced by Romanian Agency for R&D.
