摘要：

The first finding of representative of the tribe Orbelliini as inclusion is presented with description of a new genus Protoorbellia for a new species Protoorbellia hoffeinsorum from Baltic amber. The taxonomic position and relationship within the tribe Orbelliini is discussed. A key to the all genera within the tribe is presented.
