摘要
Continuously changing business environment impels companies to seek for competence and competitiveness through agile business. The paper introduces an emerging supply chain management concept-agility, which is concentrated on to responsiveness to dynamic and volatile markets and customer demand. Frameworks for agile supply chain development are proposed as well as differences between leanness and agility concepts distinguished in the article.
