摘要
Continuous Improvement (CI) will continuously improve the company level innovation capability and becomes one of the most important strategies to maintain the manufacturing competitiveness. According to the data of Continuous Innovation Network (CINet), this paper studies the process of continuous improvement and the moderating effects of the continuous improvement consciousness of employees on continuous improvement actions. The results show that the consciousness of employees has significant moderating effects on the relationships between the motivation of operation level and the incentive practices, and has significant moderating effects on the relationships between the coordination practices and the operation level performance. Finally, according to the results of the theoretical research, the suggestions on the implementation of continuous improvement are provided.
