摘要
In this paper, automobiles equipment department production is briefly discussed; the mathematical model on production planning of automobiles equipment department production is established; the algorithm is designed to solve it to get the best crude production plan of each stage. Then WITNESS simulation software is adopted to the simulation study of the assembly production system. Under the premise of the crude production planning, the Adaptive Thermostatistical SA algorithm in the WITNESS is used to get the best batch and best intervals of various stages. In case of meeting orders demand, the best batch and best interval time have been found to improve production efficiency and reduce temporary inventory, in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing the whole system and the feasibility of the production plan optimization program is verified through an example.
