摘要
In order to cope with the global climate change and realize the carbon emission reduction targets of China, according to the significant gap of China and the developed countries in the low-carbon technological level, this paper extracts the specific content of low-carbon technology in China, reveals Chinese catch-up mode of low-carbon technology, and divides Chinese catch-up mode of low-carbon technology into three aspects, including path-following catch-up mode of low-carbon technology, phase-skipping catch-up mode of low-carbon technology and path-creating catch-up mode of low-carbon technology. Furthermore, this paper deeply analyzes the basic characteristics and technological catch-up phases of the three modes of low-carbon technology in China, finally provides the theoretical basis for the government of China to strategies making of low-carbon technological catch-up.
