摘要
As a result of our study, the temperature and temporal intervals of the appearance of sites of liquidphase sintering are determined and the qualitative variation of the TiNi phase in the sintered Ti-Ni reaction system is established. This is caused by the change in the nature of the TiNi phase upon going from the solidphase stage to the liquid-phase stage of sintering. Not only does the phase morphology change; so do its properties. In our study, we suggested two models, one of which describes the phase interaction in the material structure, while the second describes the sequence of phase transformations. It is revealed that the variation in properties and parameters of the shape change of the material correlate with the qualitative increase in connectivity and fraction of the TiNi phase itself during sintering.
