摘要：
A series of issues exist in school-enterprise cooperative innovation R&D center, such as not fulfilling collaborative innovation with the existing operating mode and mechanism, offering limited support for professional connotation construction and talent training, no effective system for school-enterprise joint talent training, etc. In order to solve these problems, the construction strategy of "three chains docking, and three unified" of collaborative innovation R&D center with win-win cooperation was proposed to explore school-enterprises interactive and post swap of "double-qualified teachers' plans" to improve teacher quality. The platform for innovation and entrepreneurship students was built not only to enhance their employability and capacity for entrepreneurship, but also to improve their ability of job migration and sustainable development. A comprehensive mechanism was formed with combination of curriculum-building and application project development. An integration of talent cultivation mode" government, industry, academia, research" was built to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
