摘要
According to the high reliability requirement of the transmission shaft in DCV, the uncertainties contacted with reliability needed to be considered while designing. A new reliability-based optimal design (RBOD) method is proposed in this paper. This method, we called reliability-based simultaneous optimal design and calibration (RBODC) using local domain, treats the uncertain variables in calculating as calibration parameters, and calibrates it when necessary. Also, it will optimize the design variables using local domains under the condition of satisfying reliability constraints. The optimization model of the transmission shaft, which uses the method we proposed, is established and has been programmed to calculate the optimal values.
