摘要
this paper presents the implementation of a four-order distributed band-pass filter. The band-pass filter based on LTCC technology is composed of four good performance resonators, each resonator is composed of three layers parallel strip-line, transmission zeros caused by Z strip-line achieve good stop-band attenuation through cross-coupling. By ADS circuit simulation and the HFSS software to optimize the 3D modeling, the measurement results of filter match the electromagnetic simulation results, the center frequency of four-order band-pass filter is 1.46 GHz, the bandwidth is 250MHz, within the scope of band-pass insertion loss is less than 2.56 dB, the out-of-band between 0 GHz and 1.22 GHz attenuation is higher than 36 dB, the size is only 4.5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.5 mm. The filter range belongs to L spectrum, strip-line distributed structure is adopted in this design to realize the miniaturization of the filter.
