摘要
The organizaitonal innovation is the main force for the enterprise to precede daily operation work. And the destination and direction of the organization innovation is the most important element for the organization innovation. So how to locate and choose the optimal path of the organization innovation is the emergency work for the organizaiton decision-making department. This thesisi is based on the classic innovation theory to analysis the LiaoHe oil field corporation organizaiton innovation loopholes then use the SWOT matrix method to clarify the strength, weekness, opportunity and threaten part of the LiaoHe oil field corporation organization innovation, then conclude the evaluation index to preceed the quantative ananlsis the path of the LiaoHe oil field corporation, then form maco perspective, we construct and analysis the path of the Liaohe oil field corporation organization innovation. The final answer shows: The independent innovation of the organizaiton innovaiton is based on the induce innovation, and the independent innovation is the optimal path of the organizaiton innovaiton for the LiaoHe oil field corporation.
