FINANCING OF TRANSFERRED EXECUTION OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF REGISTRY OFFICES ON THE LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC

摘要
Registry office is a state register of civil status of inhabitants who are born, married or died in the Slovak Republic and also about Slovak citizens who were born, married or died abroad. This competence was among the first, which transferred from state to municipalities in the process of decentralization of competences. The aim of this paper is to assess the conditions and the extent of state participation in financing the transferred execution of state administration in the civil register. The financing of this performance is evaluated not only in time series, but also within individual regions of Slovakia. The analysis showed, that the total volume of subsidies remitted to the registry office, the largest share consist of personal costs. Also, the deployment and performance of individual registry offices strongly influences with settlement structure, and also population migration in the context of socio - economic conditions in the territory.
