摘要
Mainly discuss the basic flow and method of flood submerged area extraction. Taking the flood disaster occurred in the Huaihe River basin as research example, using different image fusion methods to enhance the flood disaster information and evaluate the fusing results, the results show that the fusion method of false color composite is perfect. We mask the flood information and carry out principle component transform based on the false color compositing images, then the flood submerged area is extracted automatically by the method of decision tree. The accuracy of extraction result is very high, and can bring about the aim of rapid extraction.
