摘要：

The eco-industrial park is a new form of industrial organization, established in accordance with the concept of circular economy, is a composite system of a cycle of economic and technological, ecological, social and other factors. Factors affected the Eco-industrial Park, including interest-driven, industry chain and industry cluster, the intrinsic nature of industry and technical and economic requirements, the innovation, natural conditions and environment as well as policies and regulations, the combined effect of these factors promote the formation and development of Eco-industrial Park.
