摘要
The petroleum has been overflowed and discharged by accident or abnormal running in the course of petroleum producing, storing, transporting, refining and using. The pollution of petroleum has become an environment problem, which has been paid wide attention in the world. Bioremediation technology of petroleum contaminated soil has become an important field in research of decontamination of petroleum contamination for its advantages of low cost, little environmental effect, simpleness and efficiency. Plant growth-promoting bacteria that contain the enzyme I-aminocyclopropane-l-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase, which facilitates plant growth and development by decreasing plant ethylene levels, especially following a variety of environmental stresses. Experiment was conducted under axenic conditions to evaluate the rhizobacteria containing ACC deaminase from petroleum-contaminated soil. By amplification and sequence of the 16S rDNA, the two strains of PGPR L-11 and A-8 were identified as Pseudomonas. sp and Klebsiella. sp. respectively. We have investigated the ACC deaminase activity of the two strains of PGPR, and the results showed that the ACC deaminase of Pseudomonas. sp was higher than Klebsiella. sp. These bacteria could improve the tolerance of plants to petroleum, which may be used for the remediation of the environment.
