In order to improve the reliability of hydraulic lifting system of Shearer, based on the establishment of the mathematical models for drum hydraulic lifting system, we adopt the Matlab and Automation Studio to simulate the lifting system on shearer, to simulate the real state of working of the lifting system, to analyze the flow, pressure, acceleration impact on working performance of the system, given the basis to evaluation of system reliability. To provide a theoretical frame of reference for the design of the Shearer drum lifting institutions.
