摘要
We investigated the influence of organisational culture on the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) directed towards internal and external stakeholders and sustainable organisational resource procurement. A sample of 526 employees of a service industry of Ghana were participants (female = 57 %; middle management = 33%, junior staff = 41, suppliers = 26%; age range = 18 - 50 years, mean age and SD = 32.72 +/- 8.31 respectively). The results of multiple regression and mediation analysis showed that CSR directed toward internal stakeholders of employees from firms in the service industry had a stronger impact on sustainable procurement than CSR directed toward external stakeholders who are the customers, suppliers, government, and the environment. Additionally, organisational culture partially mediated the links between CSR directed on both types of stakeholders and sustainable procurement such that favourable task and relationship-oriented culture strengthens the link between CSR towards stakeholders and sustainable procurement. These results suggest the importance of an organisational culture of incorporating stakeholders' perspectives in CSR for sustainable purchasing practices.
