摘要：

We explore the incentives of a vertically integrated firm to disclose its advanced downstream technology to its downstream customer-rival. We show that such incentives are present under both price and quantity competition. We also show that knowledge disclosure can discourage foreclosure. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
