摘要
By using the document research, interview method and questionnaire, the study investigated the students' evaluation link in teaching performance evaluation. On this basis, the author analyzed the survey results. This result shows that: The students' evaluation could reflect the basic situation of the teachers' teaching performance truly; There are some unavoidable problems in the students' evaluation, such as the control of evaluation process, the Interpretation of evaluation basis, the control of evaluation motivation, and so on. These problems reduced the creditability of evaluation, in a manner. To sum up, the author suggests strengthening the early education of student evaluation and put forward the relevant strategies and measures for the existing problems. Through the measures above, student evaluation of the authenticity and objectivity can be guaranteed.
